Through broken vessels,
we pour Love like water
into generations,
one at a time…
We can’t help but teach our children
everything we believe
about God.
The Truth flows through our shattered hearts
as freely as we’ve been taught
to allow.
Miracles slip through the cracks and our fingers …
We don’t always realize Whose daughters
we are…
Like a Divine Mother,
our Creator
walks gently beside us anyway,
cleaning up our messes –
invisible hands gather every spilled drop
of grace,
preserving their essence
for when we’re ready …
a silent voice whispers
invitations into our souls.
A greater Love waits patiently
for us to say yes,
wanting only to make us whole again …
hoping we claim the gifts of our inheritance,
once and for all …
guiding us to begin the sacred process
of living life to the full,
overflowing with blessings
from another world.
In Luke 18:8, Jesus asked “When the Son of Man returns, will there be any faith left on earth?” I think that was a great question.
In this world, it is easy to stop believing in God. Betrayal and disappointments can break our hearts and subtly diminish our faith without our even realizing what’s being taken from us. Slowly, we can learn to hunker down in fear, believing more in the negativity we see than the invisible reality of our loving Father calling out to us.
Naturally when we stop believing in our Heavenly Father’s powerfully loving presence with us, we pass that belief system down through the generations in subtle and overt ways, conditioning future generations to cope with life on their own, rather than experiencing all of the benefits of a healthy relationship with the Spirit of God.
The good news is that our Creator never stops loving us and calling us back into right relationship with Him and the entire family of God! It’s never too late to restore our faith and pass a healthy, robust belief system on to the next generation.
Ephesians 3 14-21 “For this reason, I bow my knees before the Father from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of the riches of His glory He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to comprehend the length and width and height and depth of His love, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
Now to Him who is able to do infinitely more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.“
No matter how much we love our families, we all need God’s loving protection to live the abundant life He promised.

Lord, revel to us any areas of our heart, where we are lacking in faith. Heal our unbelief, and restore our relationship to You, so we can pass the fullness of what it means to live in right relationship with You onto the next generation.
