Encouragement to trust in the power of love

If you choose to let it in,
you can trust that
eventually
it will
expand out
from your heart
like a supernova,
radical light with a purpose
beyond your comprehension –
an explosion of beauty and power.

When you start to feel something bubbling
under the surface in the dark
like a cauldron of fire
you can’t contain,
hold on tight –
you are about to become
the radiant dawn you’ve been waiting for.

Jeremiah 20:9 “His word is in my heart like a fire, a fire shut up in my bones. I am weary of holding it in; indeed, I cannot.”

“When you know how much God is in love with you, then you can only live your life radiating that love.” – Saint Teresa of Calcutta

“God loves us beyond comprehension, and we cannot diminish God’s love for us.” – Saint Peter

“He who is filled with love is filled with God Himself.” – Saint Augustine

When’s the last time you contemplated the raw power of God’s infinite creativity? When I really stop to ponder the force, which created heaven and earth in all their glory, along with every living being, my jaw can’t help but drop.

If Christ is so powerful to create all the beauty and magic of life, what do you think will happen if you allow Christ’s love into your own human heart? If you combine His infinite cosmic Divine Love with your human love?

Through prayer, we invite the power of God’s love into our hearts. Over time, it fills us to overflowing and radiates out into the world with Light, love, power, healing and creativity because that’s the nature of who God is and what He does.

Have you witnessed a supernova of God’s infinitely creative love and power? Do you want to learn more about how to experience one in your own life? Comment below, and I’ll be delighted to keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Lord, please come into our hearts with all of Your infinite power, grace, beauty, love and creativity. Work through us to explode all that infinite healing grace and goodness out into the world like a supernova of grace. Strengthen us to welcome You in all of Your glory to work through us even when we don’t understand your ways. Give us the grace to persevere in faith and trust in You through the full process of healing and expansion. In Jesus name, we pray.
